Refund Policy

At L’expérience Boricua, we take pride in offering personalized travel planning services. Because each itinerary and consultation is tailored to your needs, we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place:
1. Consultations and Custom Travel Planning Services
All consultation fees and custom itinerary planning services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, or work has commenced (such as research, booking support, or itinerary development). If you cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).
2. Booking-Related Refunds
If we assist in booking accommodations, tours, or other services through third-party providers, refunds will be subject to the policies of those providers. We are not responsible for any third-party cancellation fees or non-refundable bookings. We will, however, help communicate with providers on your behalf when possible.
4. Unexpected Changes or Cancellations by Us
In rare cases where we need to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
